At its own facilities in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Mauntex produces calibrated pork casings using only European-quality raw materials. European-quality raw materials meet all technological process standards during:

• Slaughter and immediately post-slaughter,
• Cleaning up to and including the slamming machine, removing any residual fat and gastrointestinal content,
• Preserving the product for subsequent calibration in Ukraine.

Adhering to the technological process standards at each stage of natural sausage casing production involves not only the processes occurring during the production but also the processes before and after the product is made. This includes maintaining the correct temperature regime during raw material processing and preservation, as well as packaging and transporting the finished product according to the rules.

Mauntex casings are designed for the convenience of meat processing enterprises when using twist and tying machines. Mauntex casings meet the declared caliber, strength requirements, stuffing capacity, and a bundle length of 90 meters. Mauntex casings are strong, but this does not exclude the necessity of following the preparation rules for natural casings before use in your production.
